Basic Qualifications:- At least 6 months of BPO experience. Preferably with upselling and cross selling experience.
Can speak in Korean fluently and can read Hangul.- Good English communication skills (read, write and speak).
Amenable to working on graveyard shift
- Good interpersonal and selling skills.
Can work in Mandaluyong and/or Quezon City Site
Do outbound calls to retain HMO Customers- Answer possible inquiries about the product/service offered
