We are seeking a motivated and bilingual Korean Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our Korean-speaking clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring their needs are met efficiently and courteously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing information to providers on the members coverage and status of medical needs claims
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers
- Explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
- Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming, or clarifying information
Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Proficient with computer systems and CRM software
- Adaptability to a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn
- Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately
