Position: Korean Account Manager
Industry: BPO Company
Salary: Php 120, 000 + up to 50,000 Commision
Location: Quezon City
Work Setup: Onsite
Work Schedule: Nightshift

Requirements:
Proficient in Korean and English language
High School Graduate or Undergraduate are welcome to apply
With 1 Must be a permanent visa holder or 13A Visa Year
Experience in Telesales is an advantage
Willing to work as a customer service
Responsibilities:
Ensure to understand all work requests when received from the client and execute them through the established process
Responsible in conducting review and communicate with client to ensure all assets are provided in proper format, size and etc,
Coordinates kick-off meetings, Quality Assurance reviews with a QA Specialist
Provides ongoing process improvement and coordinates for all training and processes roll-out
Responsible for making weekly project status.
