Job Description:- Identify, establish and maintain relationships with KOLs in relevant fields
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement KOL engagement strategies- Plan, coordinate, and execute KOL events, programs and activities
Develop and manage KOL contracts and budgets
- Analyze and report on KOL program effectiveness, providing insights for future improvements
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and KOL developments, recommending new ideas and strategies to drive growth
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital media, business or related field- At least a year of experience in a similar role or relevant fields such as digital marketing, e-commerce sales, social media marketing, influencer outreach is a prefer.
Strong understanding of TikTok
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to organize and manage large amounts of files, tasks, schedules, and information- Should be persuasive, persistent, goal-oriented, assertive, creative, adaptable, collaborative and analytical
Proficient computer skills
- Candidates without work experience but with a strong interest in TikTok KOL management are encouraged to apply. Relevant internships or coursework in TikTok KOL management or related fields are a plus.
