About The Role
At PartnerHero, a Knowledge Management Specialist requires strong project management skills for implementing Assist and managing content migration. Expertise in content management is essential for updating knowledge base articles and training materials. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders are crucial for ensuring content accuracy. Technical proficiency with platforms like Assist and Google Drive, attention to detail, and adaptability are also important.
You'll Be...
Content Ownership & Assist Maintenance Management [70%]
- Lead in the successful implementation of Assist in both new hires or new partner launches and deployment for current Flex and legacy partners
- Lead the creation, updating, and management of internal knowledge base articles and training materials housed in Assist Knowledge Base and in the shared Google Drive
- Co-manage the successful migration to a shared Google Drive knowledge base storage from GURU
- Ensure that all internal content is accurate, current, and aligned with company standards and recent updates from the internal and external stakeholders
- Point of contact for GURU De-activation and activation access requests
- Manage the distribution of content to internal teams, ensuring timely access to critical information.
- Oversee the public-facing support content, ensuring it is user-friendly, comprehensive, and regularly updated.
Training & Development: [15%]
- Design and conduct training sessions to educate teams on new processes, tools, and updates in the knowledge base.
- Develop training materials that cater to different learning styles and levels of expertise as a Training as a Service (TAAS) which is a revenue-generating service
- Provide ongoing support and mentorship to team members, helping them navigate and utilize the knowledge base effectively.
Collaboration & Communication [10%]
- Work closely with subject matter experts, partners, and operations to gather and verify content for accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content reflects the latest developments and best practices.
- Act as the main point of contact for internal content-related queries and issues.
Continuous Improvement [5%]
- Regularly review and analyze the effectiveness of training programs and content materials.
- Implement feedback from teams to enhance content quality and training outcomes.
- Identify gaps in current content and proactively develop solutions to address them.
What You Bring To The Table
- Preferably with relevant experience as a Learning and Development Specialist, Trainer, or any related position
- Ability to quickly learn and absorb partner culture, processes, and policies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
