The Knowledge Manager will be responsible for identifying, collecting, analyzing, organizing, managing, and sharing knowledge and information in support of business units across the enterprise.
Promoting and encouraging culture of knowledge sharing and collaborative workflow among department and project teams.
- Ensuring that employees are sure of the knowledge management processes, including the purpose of doing so.
Making sure that the right knowledge goes to the right people, and that this information is promptly applied to business activities.- Helping capture new knowledge with the use of a knowledge management system
Monitor progress and learning processes by keeping track of engagement, project outcomes and other metrics.
- Providing relevant coaching, training and support to champion a knowledge management culture
Controlling the accessibility and flow of knowledge within the organization and to external parties- Ensure that knowledge technologies are up-to-date and working according to function, as well as ensuring that employees are not misusing company technology infrastructure.
Able to establish good rapport with different teams and department to foster a collaborative environment- Able to organize training material or knowledge related to company processes such product knowledge, transaction and workflow processes, subject matter expert processes, etc.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Sciences, or any of its equivalent- 4 to 5 years experience related to the job
Experience as technical writer, business analyst, project manager or program manager
- Experience in human resources and organizational and learning development is helpful.
Experience in the use of knowledge management system of no less than 3 years.
- Work-from-home option is not offered for this position.
