Knowledge Coordinator

What the day will look like
Working with the leaders in the Partnerships and Innovation team facilitate the delivery of knowledge programs, learning sessions across the region. You will support the APAC Implementation and Innovation Lead to successfully implement the knowledge strategy by deploying the training calendar in line with regional priorities.
Other key responsibilities include:
Manage stakeholder relationships with curriculum leads/managers, facilitators, and leaders to ensure the successful delivery of learning programs and initiatives.
Maintain Program delivery, track enrollment and proactively provide programs status updates to help flag potential issues and drive participation.
Program planning through to event management including course set up, securing venues, securing facilitator and leaders, gather participant feedback.
End to end Workday/LMS management, including course set-up, attendance reconciling and reporting.
Facilitate learning programs and prepare facilitators/business leaders to deliver content.
Host and/or produce virtual sessions and support the co-ordination of on-site delivery.
Tracking of program costs
Ad-hoc project work to support the implementation of the Human Capital Knowledge strategy.
Update training materials in conjunction with curriculum managers.
Prepare communications before, during and after learning sessions
Update and create deployment processes where needed.
Support other Partnership and Innovation team members across APAC by sharing knowledge and providing training when required.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Bachelor's degree in business administration, business, or other related field
3-5 years of experience in project management or a related field.
Strong customer service skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
Organisational skills, including strong planning and project management skills
Ability to be flexible and proactive, manage multiple projects, and deliver initiatives within a short timescale with speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
Comfortable with asking questions and making decisions autonomously.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, SharePoint, and Learning Management System (LMS).
Can manipulate large amounts of data, formulate data into easy-to-read formats and be comfortable telling a story and provide insights with that data.
Previous experience working with remote teams / team members, ideally in an international setting (i.e: Across multiple countries).
