Job Responsibilities:
Set up regular
operation reports and monitor the operational index for the business department
Understand the team's
business needs and translate them into data analysis and reports
Develop insightful
metrics, build and improve reports, support management to understand business
performance and action points.
Present data in a
meaningful way to ensure that correct decisions are made by management
Perform ad-hoc analysis
assigned by line manager
Have the capacity to
thrive in our fast-paced environment, with the ability to adapt quickly and
take ownership of work
Assist with ad hoc
projects, as assigned
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Management
, Comms, and/or any relevant field
At least 1-year
experience as Data Analyst; customer care center and travel industry
experience, preferred
Excellent written and
verbal English communication skills; ability to speak Mandarin is a plus
Has strong analytical
and statistical skills; possesses strong business sense and ability to draw
insights from data
Understanding and
experience with SQL is a plus
Working knowledge in
data visualization (Excel, Tableau, or other data visualization tools)
Ability to convey
complex analysis results clearly and with conviction to all levels of
stakeholders
Excellent
organizational skills; attention to detail and analytical reasoning
