Your Role
Monitor, supervise and measure team performance across all task in Air Logistics to achieve company defined goals and KPI's that contribute to the growth of the organization. Performs operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Your Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining team staffing levels and managing the workforce daily assignment to ensure activities are completed timely and accurately
- Direct adherence to global Air Logistics Operational Model for the company and working instructions
- Assess and develop direct reports, identify high performers and outliers, and ensure robust succession plans are in place
- Proactive and comprehensive collaboration with Kuehne+Nagel Support team to consistently achieve own and shared responsibilities (e.g. Quality, Performance, Process efficiency, Migrations, Training, etc.)
- Seek standardization opportunities to increase efficiency and transactional execution of Tasks
