Your Role

To head and manage assigned team, executing tasks allocated based on the corporate blueprint and deliver operational excellence by driving and optimizing; Quality, Performance, Efficiency, Workforce management, people development, and achieve Business Targets

Your Responsibilities

  • Direct disciplinary and performance responsibility for the team
  • Responsible for maintaining team staffing levels and managing the workforce daily assignment to ensure GS activities are completed timely and accurately, including assessing staff levels for incoming migrations
  • Assess and develop direct reports, identify high performers and outliers, and ensure robust succession plans are in place
  • Proactive and comprehensive collaboration with GS Support team to consistently achieve own and shared responsibilities
  • Seek standardization opportunities to increase efficiency and transactional execution of Tasks
  • Direct adherence to global Air Logistics Operational Model for KNGS and Working Instructions
