About the Role
Join the US-based team as an Email Marketing Specialist, where you'll play a crucial role in executing email and SMS campaigns to drive engagement and revenue. Bring your expertise in Klaviyo and Attentive to create compelling campaigns and personalized customer journeys.
Key Responsibilities- Implement email campaigns in Klaviyo aligned with marketing objectives.
Build and maintain automated workflows, including welcome series and abandoned cart emails.
- Utilize data segmentation techniques to target specific audience segments and personalize email content.
Implement A/B tests to optimize performance metrics.- Analyze campaign results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Experience & Software- Related bachelor and at least 2 years of experience in campaign strategy and email marketing.
Must have advanced Proficiency in Klaviyo, Yotpo, justuno, GA4, or similar platforms for email and SMS campaigns.
- Knowledge in project management platforms such as Asana, slack or gsuite.
Excel proficient.- Experience in campaign execution, automation workflows, segmentation, and personalization.
Knowledge of A/B testing, performance analysis, and list management best practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Must have worked in an agency environment with DTC brands
