We're looking to hire a data-driven Klaviyo Email Specialist who is passionate about increasing customer repeat purchases, customer loyalty, segmentation, engaging copy and creating valuable content for our growing women's skincare brand.

Your Responsibilities
- Conceptualization, execution, and management of all our email and loyalty marketing initiatives
Campaign setup, management, optimization, and consistent analyses to drive better result and long-term customer retention.- Development of best practices using current marketing automation tools and knowledge and staying up-to-date on all CRM trends and topics
Comprehensive coordination of overall campaign goals and strategies with our marketing team to draw out our entire marketing potential
Requirements:
- Minimum two years of experience in Email Marketing with Klaviyo, and knowledge about how Klaviyo integrates with Shopify. Bonus if you have knowledge about loyalty program integrations with Klaviyo/Shopify (but not a requirement).
A/B testing mind-set: A/B testing your campaigns to ensure our campaigns have the best possible open and click-through rates. A/B testing includes testing various pop up forms, surveys, email campaigns, and more..- An affinity for e-Commerce (Direct-To-Consumer) and customer retention / relationship management
Excellent oral and written command of the English language
- Expert Copywriter + Appealing Email Graphic Design skills are 100% necessary for this job. We have a designer but we prefer our Klaviyo expert to be well-versed in designing Klaviyo emails
Attention to detail, adherence to deadlines and being a self-starter is incredibly important- Google Analytics / Tag Manager and additional CRM Tool knowledge is a plus but not required

First 2 Months: $600 USD/month during the probation period.
- Post-Probation: $650-$1000 USD/month based on skill, with significant room for raises based on performance. This salary is calculated for full-time work.
Internet Speed Test: Attach a screenshot showing your internet speed and state your backup internet speed and method.
- Portfolio: Attach samples of past Klaviyo Flows, Klaviyo Campaigns, Metrics/Achievements on Klaviyo + SMS, and past works via Google Drive or as attachments (ensure they are accessible).
