About The Role
Were looking for a Klaviyo Email Marketer+ Shopify Manager with deep experience in e-commerce, Shopify, and Klaviyo to help manage the email marketing strategy of two e-commerce brands. Your primary goal will be to consistently improve ROI from email marketing efforts. You'll need to have exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills to excel in this role. ***Email design skills are not required for this role.***
Responsibilities
- Manage, plan, and oversee all Klaviyo emails, consistently A/B testing and iterating for performance optimization
- Strategize, develop and execute monthly email and content calendars for Klaviyo email campaigns
- Oversee all Klaviyo reporting and analytics, regularly presenting data to the internal team
- Manage Shopify accounts and back-end (eg. order processing, product listings, theme edits, etc.)
- Track email and Shopify performance on a regular basis and identify opportunities for improvement
- Perform ad hoc administrative, business operations, and special projects tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years in a operational/admin role for an e-commerce/Shopify brand
- 3+ years managing e-commerce emails and email marketing strategiesin Klaviyo
- Professional fluency in English with excellent written, reading, and speaking skills
- Access to a laptop/desktop with reliable and fast Internet connection
- Ability to work inUS Eastern Time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day)
- Previous experience working the overnight shift
