KITCHEN TECHNICIAN JOB DESCRIPTION - Manage all maintenance work orders and unit turns
Manage maintenance team in regards to performance, job duties, and scheduling- Portray excellent customer service while working with clients
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair various issues including electrical, appliances, carpentry, etc.
- Monitor and replenish maintenance inventory based on property needs, while staying within budget
Complete on-going property and unit inspections as needed, in addition to documenting updates and areas for improvement- Coordinate with various vendors as needed in regards to outsourced work at the property
Scheduled and random on-site inspection upon General Manager's instruction
- Proper coordination for pull-out and repairs to avoid being charged for the cost of any mistake in this process
Preparing itinerary and submitting daily activities to the assigned coordinator- Install, calibrate and overhaul household appliance and industrial and commercial equipment's.
Generate invoices or costing for repair services and collect payment from customers.
- Analyze electrical circuit diagrams and test circuits to identify any short-circuit.
Test assigned equipment and kitchen appliances to ensure its proper functioning.- Coordinate with service center and end users, and provide general product maintenance and support.
Ensure productivity targets are met and all reparation work is as per high quality standards.
- Assure adherence to company standards and follow best practices of repair service.
Repair appliance properly and maintain minimum disbursal for parts.- Repair minor issues in electrical items.
PMS of kitchen equipment's
- Create documents in tome for all the repairs done.
Preparing itinerary and submitting daily activities to the assigned coordinator- Performs other duties that maybe assigned by the Operations Supervisor or
General Manager
