Job Description- Ensure smooth operation of all hotel kitchen equipment
Performs preventive maintenance of all hotel kitchen equipment- Diagnose, troubleshoot and make necessary repairs of hotel kitchen equipment
Implement and follow proper QA/QC procedures
- Provide technical support
Perform assigned tasks from time to time.
Graduate of engineering or vocational diploma in electrical, electro-mechanical or its equivalent- With at least 2 years of working experience in the related field
Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays
- Willing to be deployed to any Astoria Properties
