Education:
Must possess at least a diploma or certificate in any vocational-related course.Experience:
Preferably 5-10 years specializing in electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration, experience as a technician in the food and beverages sector is advantageous.Maintenance and Repair: Perform various semi-skilled manual tasks related to the alteration, maintenance, repair, and delivery of equipment and production tools that require immediate attention.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to occupational safety and health programs.
Skills and Knowledge:
Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various kitchen appliances and equipment.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.Installation:
Install new kitchen appliances and equipment, ensuring they are set up according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.Preventive Maintenance: Carry out preventive maintenance on kitchen equipment, including but not limited to: Combi ovens, Tilting pans, chillers and freezers, Electric grills and fryers, and Gas fryers, stoves
