-A Bachelors Degree in any Food related courses
-At least 2-3 years of experience in a production or food manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Proven experience in overseeing production processes and leading a team
-Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
-In-depth understanding of production processes and workflow. Knowledge of safety and quality standards relevant to the industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations effectively.
-Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
-Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily production activities and ensuring efficient workflow
Leading, mentoring, and training kitchen staff
Monitoring production schedules and ensuring timely completion of tasks
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Troubleshooting production issues and implementing solutions
Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes
Maintaining accurate production records and reports
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes
