- Maintains an inventory system that accurately determines quantity on hand, purchased, and sold.
Accurate stock forecasts analysis and monitoring; timely ordering of raw materials and relayed to purchaser- Implement Food Safety Standard
Developing budget estimates and monitoring program obligations and expense targets
- Ensures that all incoming and outgoing deliveries are accurate and checked accordingly, prepares delivery receipts, reviews invoices and packing list, and maintain inventory supplies
Liaise and executes activities that move products from suppliers and/or commissary to restaurant branches
