Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  • Assist in training and developing kitchen personnel.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Collaborate with the head chef to plan menus, specials, and food presentation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding food quality and service.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and best practices.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.
  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
  • 13th month salary
