RESPONSIBILITIES - Oversee and coordinate daily kitchen operations.
Supervise kitchen staff to ensure adherence to recipes, quality standards, and safety protocols.- Assist in training and developing kitchen personnel.
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
Collaborate with the head chef to plan menus, specials, and food presentation.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding food quality and service.
Proven experience as a kitchen supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen procedures and best practices.
Ability to lead and motivate a team.- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Knowledge of inventory management and ordering processes.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.- A culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
