- Report To : Chef de Partie / Lounge Manager
Primarily responsible for operating and maintain cleaning equipment and tools. Also responsible for washing dishes, flatware, cutlery, crockery, kitchen vessels, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and detailing equipment's etc. Maintains the kitchen, dish washing and back area in an inspection-ready condition in accordance with local authority and company's guidelines.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, well maintained and organized at all times.
Ensure floors are dry and clean at all times.
Carry out cleaning duties and support the daily operations of the kitchen
Assist in setting up the food counters and replenishing food and beverages at food counters and refrigerators
Assist the Cooks and Servers as and when necessary.
Carry out general cleaning as directed to include cleaning, sweeping, mopping up, washing up, emptying of rubbish bins and boxes.
Report any maintenance or hazard issues to the chef on duty.
Other duties as assigned.
Preferably with experience in relevant sector
Candidate with no experience but with strong interest may apply
Able to work shift, weekends and public holidays
Able to work efficiently with limited supervision and work as a team
