QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Culinary Arts and other related course is an advantage.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Kitchen Cook is responsible in cooking of products in a timely manner while strictly following the restaurant's standard preparation and safety procedures to ensure the quality of food served to the guest.
Ingredients Preparation
- Ready all raw materials and tools needed to cook food.
Check quality of ingredients to be use, ensure that it is within standard quality.
Cooking- Cook food according to standard recipe and maximum quantity.
Record and dispose sub-standard food.
Food Safety and Sanitation and Cleanliness
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of their work stations and other area as needed and as required to ensure safety preparation of products.
Strictly follow and maintain food safety standards at all times.
Recipe Standards- Follow the restaurant's standard food preparation and cooking base on the company's recipe.
Ensure the confidentiality of information of the restaurant's recipe and cooking technique.
Training and Development
- Ensure continuous learning for new product and development of skills.
Work with the team to aligned standards and train new team member.
