Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls.
- Responsible for ensuring all areas of the kitchen, food prep and food storage areas are clean and properly sanitized.
Responsible in washing dishes, cooking equipment and work stations, cleaning floors, sanitizing countertops and cutting boards and maintaining all areas in accordance to food safety standards.- Provide assistance to food preparation.
Assist with the unloading of deliveries, food storage and monitoring of inventories.
- Report all damaged or faulty equipment to Kitchen Lead.
