Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operations of the kitchen which include food & beverage, preparation and dispatching
Frying, Grilling, chopping, shredding, grating ingredients, plating.- Cooking in accordance with the issued menu with the assistance of Kitchen Staff.
Storing ingredients according to prescribed food safety policies
- Reviewing and finalizing food quality, presentation and temperature, packaging and utensils before dispatching
Reporting all damaged or faulty equipment to the Manager- Ensures cleanliness of the station and kitchen area

- Washing and cleaning the kitchen and cooking utensils and storing the equipment at the end of shifts
Stocking Inventory and Supplies- Other tasks incidental to the job
Minimum Qualifications
- At least one year of experience in kitchen operations. Food Safety background is an advantage.
In-depth knowledge of restaurant best practices and cooking methods.
- Aptitude for multi-tasking.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a team player
