Conducts station coordination meeting, portion class and personnel grab tests- Coaches Kitchen team members in performance of their assigned tasks
ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES- Prepares/monitors/issues the ff on a weekly basis:
team weekly shift schedule
memos: disciplinary and commendations- Purchase level is not above 33% of sales makes necessary corrective measures
BOH supplies consumption and utilities consumption are within budget and initiate cost control measure if necessary
- Manages Store Inventory Items by monitoring stock level and submits monthly reports to the head office on the following:
Monitor kitchen production levels- Manage purchase order levels
Conduct ending inventory (weekly/ at least twice a month)
- Ensures all stock movements (stock transfers, purchases and spoilages) are documented and submitted weekly
