- Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen activities, including food preparation, staff management, inventory control, food costing and adherence to safety and sanitation standards.
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to maintain high-quality standards.- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Enforce food safety and sanitation regulations and guidelines.
- Inventory and Cost Control:
Monitor food waste and implement strategies to minimize it.
- Manage kitchen inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
Control food and labor costs to meet budgetary targets.
Ensure all dishes meet the restaurant's quality and presentation standards.- Conduct regular food quality inspections.
Maintain a safe and clean kitchen environment.- Train staff on safe food handling and kitchen safety protocols.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Graduate of Culinary Arts, HRM or any equivalent course
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in any casual dining restaurant
Knowledgeable in People Management, Shift Management and Inventory Management- Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office application (Word, Excel, etc.)
Knowledgeable with kitchen equipment and culinary techniques.
- Has full understanding with food safety and sanitation regulations.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.- Amenable to work within NCR (Rockwell, Greenbelt, Glorietta, BGC, Galleria), South area (Alabang, Pasay), and East area ( Marikina, Antipolo)
