Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Kitchen Manager at Mama Lou's Group Holdings Inc. located in Lipa, Batangas. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for food preparation, cooking, maintaining food quality, overseeing food & beverage operations, and managing culinary processes.

Qualifications

• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Experience in maintaining food quality and overseeing food & beverage operations
• Culinary Management expertise
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and safety standards
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry
• Certification or degree in Culinary Arts or related field
