Requirements:
- Oversee all activities related to the kitchen operations
Manages food cost, labor cost and inventory to avoid variances.- Reviews par stock level and approval of purchase of food supply / raw materials.
Ensures high standard of hygiene, cleanliness and safety in food preparation
- Establish a regular cleaning and maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and all
kitchen equipment.- Develop and execute new menu, including costing/menu pricing
Qualifications:- Candidate must possess a degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
At least 5year relevant experience in the same capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and manage workload with competing priorities
Computer applications proficiency specially on MS Word and MS Excel- Above average verbal and written communication skills
