Knowledge of a wide range of recipes
- Knowledgeable in Food Safety and Sanitation
Excellent organizational skills- Conflict management abilities
Has prior experience in managing kitchen staff
- Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends
Degree in Hotel Restaurant Management, Culinary or any related course is an advantage.
