At least high school/senior high graduate
- With knowledge/experience in chinese cuisine
Good kitchen knowledge and skills- Hardworking, willing to learn and flexible
Amenable to work in Makati
Assist in basic food preparation which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing of ingredients.
- Knowledgeable in using wok
Cleaning and sanitizing of kitchen tools and equipment.- Removing garbage, replacing garbage bags, and washing garbage cans.
Cleaning, monitoring and setting up BOH workstations with all needed ingredients
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior
