At least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Services- Minimum of 1-year experience as Cutter
Must have knowledge of Chinese spices and cooking tools/methods
- Must be willing to be assigned in Makati city
Cooks and prepares dishes as needed by the restaurant operations
- Assists the Head Chef in preparing food item needs
Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies- Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
Follows all regulations including SOPs, sanitary and food safety guidelines
