The Kitchen Coordinator will be:
- classified as a management level employee that will render around 9hrs a day with 1 day off.
- has a standard 5 days sick leave and 5 days paid leave after 6months of service
- receiving a pay package of P16,000 composed of basic pay plus de minimis benefits and transportation allowance
- receiving a lumpsum of P60,000 after completing the 5 year contract
- eligible to avail of a cell phone after at least 1 year of high level performance
The Kitchen Coordinator
- Will initially be trained for 30 to 60 days to have a full understanding of the menu standards and kitchen practices at a base rate of P16,000
- When mastery is developed, will take control over kitchen training and management standards for 7 branches in Cebu City and Mactan starting month 2 with a rate adjustment to P16,000 plus P2,000 transpo allowance.
- will master the cooking procedures and have complete mastery of menu listing
- will master all the operational kitchen standards
- will learn how to conduct a kitchen performance analysis and inventory control
- will prepare trainings, reports and evaluations for kitchen personnel
- will learn how to deal with and lead team members
- will be able to minimize incidents in branches
- will contribute to standardization and quality control in all branches
- will be able to trouble shoot weak links and conduct refresher trainings where needed
- will have his/her communication line open 24/7 to support the team
12 will conduct item and asset inventory regularly
