FILINVEST COMPANY: Quest Hotel Tagaytay City
This position is responsible for preparation of hot and/or cold food within the assigned kitchen, ensuring that the quality of work conforms with standards.
- Ensures that all food items are ready for service within the standard preparation time
- Follow services procedures
- Checks that all gauges, timers, and knobs of machines are functioning properly
- Reports immediately any malfunctioning of equipment to superior
- Consistently performs in accordance with set levels
- Cooperates and coordinates with colleagues whenever necessary
- Prepares mis-en-place as advised by superior
- Completes par stocking of cooking supplies and equipment
- Follows cost control procedures
- Store food items properly
- Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
