At least College level or completed any vocational course (NCII)
At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant or catering industry
Must have good verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of basic principles and practices in food safety system (HACCP, HALAL, GMP, FIFO)
Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
