Performs Kitchen Administrative works such as inventory checks, order preparation and management, dispatch, and completes food storage logs.
In charge of maintenance and ordering process for all platforms such as website, online, and walk-in.
In charge of cashiering and all financial administrative tasks for safekeeping and transmittal to Finance Department.
Prepares Purchase Request Form (PRF) for all kitchen needs such as repair and replacement, replenishment of inventory, tools and equipment, and others upon approval of the Head Chef.
Notifies and coordinates with Category Buyer (F&B/Kitchen) for all kitchen needs as approved by the Head Chef.
Helps on checking of deliveries together with the Commis III Chefs, ensuring that products and specifications and quantities are met.
Maintains and builds strategies for effective queuing process for all pick-up and walk-in orders.
Stocking up all necessary administrative materials for Kitchen Operations.
To fulfill any related administrative tasks supervised by the Head Chef.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced/quick service kitchen environment.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
