Monitors Food Safety and Quality
Complete all appropriate company documentation and other tasks on every shift
Assist in the research and development of new products for our menu
Prepares recipes for kitchen team
Monitors the performance of the chefs, and makes sure they follow kitchen standards
Assist in the training and management of kitchen staffs, line cooks, and chefs.
Comply with standard practices and procedures
Orders and manages food stocks and supplies.
Collaborates with Chefs, and other members of the Kitchen Team, to improve food quality, efficiency, and maintain food safety standards.
Experience in kitchen operations preferred
Can prepare, cook and present food efficiently and quickly
Has working experience in either pastry or hot kitchen
Position and compensation dependent on prior experience and interview performance
Experience in food costing
Knowledgeable in assembling raw ingredients per product and follows standard portioning
Knowledge in food safety and quality
Graduates of leading universities preferred
