Oversee the day-to-day operations of our retail kiosks of Itel.
Will have a strong background in retail management, brand shop expansion, and branding.
Involves supervising kiosk staff, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability.
Should have experience in creating SOPs for retail businesses and maintaining good relationships with mall administrators, leasing agents, local suppliers, and event coordinators.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail management, specifically in managing kiosks or similar retail formats.
Demonstrated experience in brand shop expansion and management.
Strong background in branding and creating SOPs for retail businesses.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Proficiency in inventory management and sales analysis.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Established relationships with mall administrators, leasing agents, local suppliers, and event coordinators.
