The ideal candidate is someone who:
Excellent competency in English
Must be available to work full-time in San Isidro, Montalban, Rizal (Applicants can stay in accommodation)
Must be a graduate of BEED, BSED, or any related course. Preferably with a license- Must be smart, organized, efficient with high moral and work ethic, and a good track record

A day in the life of a Lead Teacher:
- Preparing daily plans that follow age-appropriate Curriculum and Developmental Guidelines. This consists of the set-up for the different areas, the materials to be uses, assessment materials, individualized student paths, and indirect and direct learning and play experiences.
Organizing various scaffolded inquiry activities such as Discovery quests, Exploratory missions that will help students master skills and content- Helping students integrate with one another and interact in groups, whether they're working on curriculum, completing tasks, or during play activities.
Identifying emotional problems and addressing them with the child's parents or guardians during parent-teacher conferences or other appropriate sessions.
- Assessing student performance and academic and behavioral outcomes. Keeping narrative student records and providing parents or guardians with timely progress reports.
Administering tests and formal assessments; evaluating students grade-level performance following school and DepEd. Standards; meeting with parents to discuss performance.- Prepares lesson plans using the prescribed format and submits these to the Subject Area Coordinator on the scheduled day of the week
Delivers the daily lessons to the assigned classes according to the prepared lesson plans but with enough flexibility for adjustments whenever appropriate
- Evaluates student progress and achievement regularly through quizzes, long tests, exams and other forms of evaluation prepared according to the prescribed design and the subject area guideline
Gives the students regular feedback on their performance by returning tests, exams and projects within a reasonable amount of time- Keeps a record of student progress
Initiates conferences with students and parents as needed and makes himself available for student consultation and parent-teacher conferences as needed
- Attends year level and subject area meetings and activities, convocations, general faculty meetings, faculty retreats, community spiritual hour and serves in committee work whenever necessary
* Substitutes for absent teachers when assigned by the Subject Area Coordinator
- Performs any other such duties as may be required by the position in accordance with the instruction and guidelines of the DSP
