Job Responsibilities:
- Support the development and presentation of internal and external reporting (for example: Monthly Management Reports (MMRs), quarterly Internal
Ensure project issues and risks are logged, monitored, reported on, managed and mitigated; escalate risks and issues to corporate/project leadership, as required- Participate in the development and maintenance of project work plans
Prepare and maintain project specific components of the project operations manual
- Overseeing daily operations (Lazada/Shopee/Tiktok), Parcel monitoring
Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities- Managing the budgeting, planning, reporting
Prepare weekly meeting slides
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any course
At least 3-4 years of experience in supervisory/team lead- With Logistics/Express/Ecommerce industry background is preferred.
Experience in (First Mile)
- Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communicator and effective leader who can supervise multiple programs and team members.- Have an experience in dealing inter-department
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot) and PowerPoint (PPT)
- Excellent English communication & presentation skills
Experience in process improvement- Strong people management skills.
Good attention to details
Amenable to work on site: Robinson Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave. McKinley West, Taguig City- Monday to Saturday work schedule
