- Identifies sales opportunities through networking and fact-finding, and prospects and closes new accounts;
- Manages execution of WCMC Corporate Account agreements / contracts, and performs visual audits of accounts, and corrects compliance issues;
- Manages and penetrates customers at all levels, and develops relationships with HMOs, accredited companies, and target accounts that enable achievement of plans and objectives;
- Prepares and delivers effective company presentations and employs effective game theory and negotiating strategies;
- Communicates approved activities, new services, and promotional plans to ensure relentless sales execution;
- Develops timely and accurate forecasts (volume & spend) for assigned accounts;
- Forecasts and tracks corporate account metrics;
- Identifies and grows opportunities to ensure sales growth attainment from corporate accounts;
- Operates as the lead point of contact (POC) for any and all matters specific to WCMC corporate accounts;
- Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships;
- Develops trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders;
- Ensures the timely and successful delivery of WCMC services according to customer needs and objectives; and
- Communicates clearly the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
