Qualifications:
- Medical Technologists/ Nursing Graduates/ Healthcare-related courses who are willing to have a career in sales
May or may not have 1- year of experience in sales- Sales experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
- Other 4-year courses graduates/ fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing sales targets and strategies with the help of the sales team, and then overseeing that these targets are met.
Reports to the Sales Manager with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets.- Uses his/her initiative to source new clients. This includes following leads, visiting potential clients/customers for new business, and giving sales presentations.
Participates and attends any conferences and functions where the promotion of the company's services is possible, and they must prepare and give sales presentations.
- Provides customers with price quotations and/or package rates according to the client's need.
Negotiates the terms of an agreement and closes sales- Identifies new markets and business opportunities
Records and monitors and reviews sales and sales performance
