Sales Strategy
: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve revenue targets within assigned accounts.Business Development
: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the supermarket and institutional segments, including expanding product offerings and securing new contracts.Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with key accounts to ensure profitability and long-term partnerships.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis
: Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and use insights to inform strategic decisions.Collaboration
: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and supply chain, to align strategies and meet customer needs.Forecasting and Planning: Develop sales forecasts and account plans, monitor performance against targets, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve objectives.

Compliance
: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, food safety standards, and company policies in all dealings with key accounts.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications or training in sales or account management are a plus.Experience
: At least 5 years proven track record of success in key account management within the food industry, with a focus on supermarket chains and institutional clients.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the food industry, including market trends, distribution channels, and regulatory requirements.
