The Key Accounts Manager will oversee the relationship between the company and its clients. The incumbent will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers that will supply their requirements. The ideal candidate will be apt for building strong affiliations with strategic customers. They must be able to identify requirements to promote our company's products and in achieving mutual satisfaction between the company and its clients. The goal is to contribute in sustaining the pace of our growing business and to achieve long-term success.
- Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Filipino, English
At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Marketing/Business Development/Sales or equivalent.
Preferably but not required, an FMCG Manager who is well-versed in Sales and Marketing.
- With a strong background in handling Modern Trade accounts, preferably with Mercury Drug Corporation (MDC).
Experience in the Skin Care industry is an advantage in this position.- Highly analytical, creative, organized, and possess a good leadership style.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills together with a good Leadership Style.
