As the Key Accounts Manager/ Accounts Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining client relationships, overseeing project account management, and establishing a strong and effective accounts team. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing revenue opportunities, and driving the growth and success of our accounts department. Your strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to build and maintain relationships will be key to your success in this role.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain Client Relationships:
Act as the main point of contact for clients, developing strong and trusted relationships.
- Understand clients business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and identify new opportunities.- Proactively identify ways to exceed client expectations and build long-term partnerships.
- 2. Project Account Management:
Oversee and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of client projects.
Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and quality standards.
- 3. Revenue Growth and Account Expansion:
Identify opportunities to increase revenue within existing client accounts.- Collaborate with the sales team to pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Develop account growth strategies and action plans.
- Monitor account performance metrics and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- 4. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with company objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry insights.
Provide regular reports and updates on account performance, revenue forecasts, and opportunities.- Utilize data and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Education:
