Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Revenues
- Achieve sales targets through the Key Accounts (KA) partners and Third Party Agencies (TPAs)
- Monitors sales performance and formulates/implements effective sales program
- Handles management and implementation of sales building activities
- Handles management of KA partners and TPAs to ensure proper execution of plans/programs
- Manages implementation of key accounts acquisition and retention strategies
- Checks and monitors activities of competitors and implements appropriate activities/programs.
- Sales Channel Strategy Implementation Develop, grow, and monitor the Key Accounts (KA) partners and Third Party Agencies (TPAs) to achieve given sales targets
- Monitors the overall sales activity and sales achievement of all KA partners and TPAs
- Motivates and drive the performance of all KA partners and TPAS
- Communicate to all KA partners and TPAs all information/activities on product launches and updates, blitzes, and sales policies and procedures
- Regularly monitors and analyzes business sales performance to ensure sales profitability and sales growth
- Monitors the smooth operations of KA partners and TPAs
- Conducts field visits to ensure proper implementation of sales/marketing programs (e.g. proper merchandise, set-up, events execution, customer sales experience)
- Assists in the acquisition of merchandise and stocks in coordination with concerned groups
- Checks and analyzes KA partners and TPAS daily/weekly/monthly sales regularly and all other reports as maybe required by the business
- Ensures full utilization of ports for both existing and new rollout
- Business Sales Planning Provide sales support to Key Accounts (KA) partners and Third Party Agencies (TPAs) through the development and implementation of sales strategies, marketing programs to achieve the sales targets
- Provide directions to the KA partners and TPAs on their monthly sales plans to ensure achievement of overall sales marketing objectives
- Cascades, monitors, and assists in the execution of all sales & marketing programs including product updates, process improvements, events calendar, merchandising plans
- Conducts regular business review with KA partners TPAs and consequently recommend appropriate sales actions and/or marketing interventions.
- Competitive Benchmarking: Monitors and evaluates market trends/competition and recommend appropriate strategy to HOME Sales/HOME Marketing
- Monitors competitor's products and activities in the assigned district
- Conducts weekly trade check
- Plans and implements activities to counteract competitive activities identified
- Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Note
In the day-to-day implementation of these tasks/responsibilities, the concerned Organizational Unit/Division Head/Team Head must ensure that transactions and/or engagement with third party service providers does not violate the Four Fold Test specifically, Control/Supervision, Payment of wages, Power to hire, and Power to dismiss/discipline). Output-based and entity level coordination must be observed at all times.
