Job Roles and Responsibilities- Develops and directs project management operations and strategic planning to meet organizational goals.
Established methodologies to deliver productivity and quality targets and to assess results for all projects.- Provide overall strategic governance for projects by stablishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery.
Responds to escalated projects issues that may impede project delivery and coordinates solutions.
Bachelor's Degree in any course
- At least 3-4 years of experience in supervisory/team lead
With Logistics/Express/Ecommerce industry background is preferred- Experience in (First to Last Mile)
Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent communicator and effective leader who can supervise multiple programs and team members
Have an experience in dealing inter-department- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot) and PowerPoint (PPT)
Excellent English communication & presentation skills
- Experience in process improvement
Strong people management skills- Good attention to details
With Driver's License
- Amenable to work on site: Robinson Cyber Sigma, Lawton Ave. McKinley West, Taguig City
