Job Summary:Under the general supervision of the Department Head (Sales), the Sales Specialist (Clinical Outsourcing) provides administrative, sales support activities to clients with the aim of achieving sales revenue targets and to build, attract, maintain, and expand business relationships as part of account acquisition and account retention activities. He/she participates and assists in the planning and organizing of business acquisition activities, in accordance with the organization's established practices and procedures.
Meeting or exceeding sales goals. Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients. Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations. Preparing weekly and monthly reports. Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1 Reaching out to customers leads through coverage and proper scoping with reference to the sales funnel.
- 2 Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- 3 Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
- 4 Ensures a high level of customer satisfaction by coordinating with clients, promptly handling, and resolving complaints from customers, and escalating inquiries and issues to immediate superior as needed.
- 5 Provides support on specific projects/activities directed at maximizing company profits, development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- 6 Works closely with members of the Company to discuss project-specific requirements.
- 7 Constantly coordinates with other departments as deemed necessary by the project/activities assigned.
- 8 Provides information on product, promotion, and pricing by clarifying customer requests, answering queries, and forwarding and selecting appropriate information.
- 9 Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers.
- 10 Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
From time-to-time other duties may be assigned by the immediate superior and the post holder will be expected to take on such variations within the constraints of the levels of proficiency and responsibility.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
