Duties & Responsibilities:- Develops a good working knowledge of the company's products and translates this knowledge into effective sales language.
Manage assigned Key Accounts and responsible for the achievement of required objectives i.e. sales volume/value, credit terms, market shares, trade partnerships, etc.- Visit Key Account Head Offices and branches, meet with Buyers, Store Managers, Section Supervisors to establish trade relations.
Builds sales volume on a profitable basis through development of established customers, as well as opening new potential accounts.
- Provides good service relationship with customers by giving prompt and sincere attention to their requirements, needs and complaints.
Prepares daily report of all the selling, merchandising and other activities.- Seeks out business trends and reports competitors activities affecting sales such price changes, special offers and deals, new product launches, trade policies, promotional gimmicks, etc.
Ensures that trade stock inventories are kept at levels preventing an out of stock situation and in their freshest condition.
- Continuously work for the best shelf display for the company products Old and damaged stocks are immediately segregated and returned to the warehouse.
Visits and checks merchandisers at the different supermarket outlets to ensure correct placement of products and POP materials; correct pricing / labels of products and orderliness and cleanliness of the area.
Qualification
- Candidate must posses at least Bachelor/College Degree or equivalent
At least one (1) year experience in handling accounts, selling consumer products
Team player- Must be fluent in written and verbal communication
