Job Description

The Business Development key account specialist for corporate accounts is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients, seeding and getting new leads/ customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service. This role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to build a pipeline of potential customers and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  • Key Responsibilities:

1) Develop and implement lead generation strategies that align with the company's goals and target market.

2) Use various channels such as social media promotions, market place offers, direct messaging, email sending and cold calls, and paid advertising to attract and capture leads.

3) Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and segmented for effective targeting.

4) Engage with prospects to gather information about their needs, challenges, and decision-making processes.

5) Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities to expand the wholesale offers.

6) Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and high levels of client satisfaction to promote loyalty and long-term relationships.

7) Manage contracts and ensure that all agreements are beneficial to both the client and the company. Monitor and enforce compliance with contract terms and conditions.

8) Ensure that internal teams are aligned with the client's objectives and that deliverables are met on time and to the client's satisfaction.

  • Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Experience:

At least 1-year work experience in lead generation of corporate key accounts
  • Has an existing network of customers
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Skills:
Strong sales acumen with a deep understanding of sales principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions:
Office environment with frequent travel to client sites for meetings, presentations, and negotiations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,
  • 00 per month

    Supplemental Pay:
  • 13th month salary
Commission pay
Overtime pay
