DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops new businesses and ensures closure of key accounts for cold and dry warehouse, DC, GILI (3PL).
Ensures attainment of high profitability by offering value added services for new and existing accounts in contract logistics (sorting, picking, labeling activities etc.).- Ensures alignment of contracts and Service Level Agreements in terms of the rates, scope of work and operational capabilities of the company.
Ensures collection of payable from existing accounts.
- Sources external warehouses for lease nationwide as may be required by potential clients.
Researches and gathers sales leads, existing rates of competitors, SLAs and contracts and use of these information to provide an efficient and accurate rate proposals to customers.- Helps in the budget preparation and ensures attainment of these targets.
Supervises the sales team by monitoring closure of new clients and maintenance of existing customers.
- Performs related work as assigned.
Skills and Specifications
- Good computer skills is required.
Ability to communicate with others, both verbally and in writing.- Flexible, resourceful and able to perform despite tight schedules.
A high level individual who is independent, proactive and with good attitude and mindset.
- Proficient in Windows and MS office applications.
Must function well with minimum supervision.- Must have the ability to work with positive attitude towards pressure, stress and workload.
Creating and maintaining work relationships.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledgeable in Supply Chain and Logistics Industry is an advantage.
With at least a 4-year College Course Diploma.- With at least 3-4 years working sales experience.
Highly decisive and with initiative.
- Produces highly accurate, quality work.
With strong verbal & written communication skills.
