GENERAL SCOPE
Manages an assigned account, or group of accounts, with the primary responsibility to create value for the assigned customers through the technical service they provide; and identifying new product opportunities and selling to existing customers. A Sales Service Professional's sole focus is to maintain revenue, price capture and to improve gross profit. A Sales Service Professional may work on attaining new business where appropriate, but that is not their primary assignment or job responsibility.

Job Role
This position will be responsible for developing sales strategies and plans to support sales team to drive for sales growth in existing accounts as well as sourcing and developing new business opportunities for assigned sector in order to achieve business objectives and goals.
Primary Position Responsibilities
Transform marketing strategy into operational plans to increase sales volumes as well as uplifting margin. Work closely with Sector/District Manager and concerned parties in developing sales strategy and/ or strategic direction and projects for the sector to drive for sales growth and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the execution. Develop methods and tool that will be used to drive for both sales volume and margin. Conduct market analysis ranging from market trend, competitor movement, business environment, etc. and apply the findings to develop for business models and/ or program to drive for sales growth. Responsible for new business expansion and new customer acquisition. Establish positive relationship with existing customers and prospected customers supporting for long terms business plan in order to build up sustainability growth. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities. Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options, resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investment. Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners needs and goals. Close new business deal by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
Capabilities And Strengths
- A Bachelor's Degree Holder
- With at least 5 years in field sales of B2B industry with service solution selling would be advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal). Solid demonstrated presentation skills with ability to convey complex information to a broad audience.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multi-task while being flexible with changing demands.
- High sense of drive and urgency with a positive outlook.
- Results driven, having can-do attitude can drive for extra miles
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and utilize data and strategic tools to improve sales, meet goals, identify opportunities, and exceed customer expectations.
